Your poop is like a window into your health! Both constipation and diarrhea have an impact your body’s entire system – not going often enough contributes to overloading the liver, a lack of energy, hormone imbalances and weight gain, while going too often, can lead to bloating, stomach cramps, fever, and serious risk of dehydration.

The good news is that what you eat has a major influence on what comes out the other end and as such, there are a lot of quick and easy things you can do to help you on your quest for a perfect poop!

“There are a lot of quick and easy things you can do to help you on your quest for a perfect poop!”

The fibre in our food is a really valuable tool to assist in maintaining regular, well-formed bowel movements and to help clear out your bowels if you are feeling a bit clogged.

Fibre slows the rate at which sugar is absorbed into the bloodstream, contributes to feeding your gut bacteria and of course, aids in regulating bowel movements.

While you can consume too much fibre, funnily enough resulting in either diarrhea or constipation, most people are at more likely to consume too little.

To help bump up your fibre intake, we have come up with a gluten and dairy free recipe. Try these no-bake digestion bars packed with chia seeds and ground flaxseeds that are sure to help you achieve the optimal poop!
