We have a part time position available for an IT Support Administrator at the BePure head office in Auckland. 

The successful applicant will join a passionate and talented team in a role that fosters both personal and professional growth while contributing to an exciting mission in the field of holistic health and wellness in New Zealand. 

What does our ideal candidate look like?

What You'll be Doing

Working for 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (Mon - Fri) the IT Support Administrator will:

• Help with managing our IT systems, including acting as the key contact for our suppliers. This includes escalating any issues, and building and maintaining relationships with out systems providers.
• Provide a willing helping hand to our staff with whatever issues and questions they may have around their hardware or systems. 
• Use initiative to anticipate IT issues before they arise, and come up with strategies to mitigate these risks.
• This is the ideal job for someone who wants to start a career as a Systems Administrator.

Skills and Experience You'll Need:

• IT background (systems administration or hobby-level development, etc);
• Superb communication skills (written and spoken English, email etiquette, etc);
• Excellent problem solving skills (you will be troubleshooting issues with our IT systems);
• Highly trustworthy (there will be exposure to sensitive information) 
• Ready to travel to our clinic in Hawke's Bay if required;
• A driver's license, and ideally own car.
