Calming Lavender & Chamomile Elixir

By

BePure Calming Elixir Tea

Flowers are an incredible creation of Mother Earth. Of all the different parts of a plant, flowers offer us something quite special, as they are the reproductive system of the plant and contain an abundance of life force. This is why elixirs are made from the flowers and not the roots, leaves, or stems of a plant.

Our Holistic Health Consultant, Ruby Chapman has created this delightful calming elixir. This can be used as part of your daily ritual to bring more calm into your life, helping to lessen feelings of anxiety or low mood.

This calming elixir can be used as part of your daily ritual to bring more calm into your life, helping to lessen feelings of anxiety or low mood.

For anyone experiencing anxious spirals, mood rollercoasters, or a general sense of unease, this elixir might be just what you need. Packed with mood-soothing ingredients, it can be consumed whenever you're looking for a hit of grounding energy, as this nourishing formulation of dried therapeutic herbs supports the nervous system to ‘calm’ and for our swinging moods to settle. Best consumed after dinner.

How does it work?

Lavender: These little purple flower buds have anxiolytic and carminative properties that are excellent for promoting sleep and calming anxiety.

Chamomile: These flowers have anti-inflammatory, carminative properties to calm down the nervous system and can support digestion especially after a big meal.

Lemon Balm: The leaves of lemon balm have spasmolytic, mild sedative properties which have been known to support anxiety and sleeplessness, as well as improving sleep quality.

Blue butterfly flowers: These beautiful blue flowers are a traditional Ayurvedic medicine that has been used for centuries as a memory enhancer, antistress and for anxiolytic support.

Please note: If you have a health condition or are taking certain medications, it’s advisable to get approval from your doctor before drinking herbal teas. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also avoid consuming this beverage to be on the safe side.
